Softball ACT is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sports administrator to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be employed in a wide-ranging, multi-functional capacity designed to provide an excellent user-experience at all layers of the sport.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the development and delivery of general programs, management of Softball ACT’s elite representative teams and programs, community liaison and stakeholders engagement, assisting with competitions and events, as well as have a key functionality as the first point-of-call for any enquiries to the organisation.
Importantly, whilst the Operations Coordinator will have key areas of responsibility, there is an expectation that the successful candidate will embrace the opportunity to grow with the role and enhance their involvement and capacity across the whole organisation.

The Development Coordinator will be responsible for the development and activation of the Softball ACT Junior Development plan and associated activities, management and delivery of clinics and education sessions, creation and activation of the Softball ACT School Championships, and other roles as required.
The role is initially for 3 days per week, with a large degree of flexibility provided to the successful applicant based on personal preference, clinic delivery requirements and tournament calendars

Softball ACT is seeking development officers to deliver school clinics on a casual basis with connected schools and community groups. We are looking to build a network of potential candidates to be offered roles as they appear, working primarily during school hours across the ACT.
Applicants must have a L1 Softball Coach qualification and a valid Working With Vulnerable People check.
