We have a Bears Womens Masters side that has been competing in the Australian Masters Games every second year since 2007 and last year was the first time we entered our Bears Mens Masters team, which was for the games being played in Tasmania.
We have been a very successful Club over the years which comes from the very dedicated commitment from a selected few within our Club.
Our Club motto is “Family, Work, Softball” and we have continued to run our Club along these lines.
Masters Players, with a healthy mix of younger ones
Shots Up began as a Women’s Masters softball team in 2007, then in 2012 we made our debut in the local ACT women’s competition in D grade.
The team for the Saturday competition is not a Master’s team, but is made up mostly of players from that team.
Our philosophy is based on the mutual enjoyment of softball, and having a good time while playing the game.
If you would like more information about Shots Up, flick us an email. We look forward to hearing from you.
