- International Cup
- Girls: Monday 10 July to Wednesday, 12 July 2023
- Boys: Wednesday 12 July to Friday 14 July 2023
- Costings have not been confirmed by NSW Softball - estimated as at 10 April is $250 per player.
- Location: Blacktown International Sports Park (BISP)
- You must be born between 2004 and 2007 to participate in this event. Those born 2008 will be considered.

- Travel and accommodation is responsibility of players.

- A team list cannot exceed 16 players (ideally preference is for a team of 12 players). Should registrations exceed this number then preference will be given in order of date of registration.
