2022 Steelers Signed Helmet Silent Auction Fundraiser

Thanks to the generous donation from Josh White and the Aussie Steelers, we are offering you the chance to bid on a fully autographed Aussie Steelers helmet.
All funds will go towards the Softball ACT Digital Scoreboard effort.
The online silent auction starts at $300. The auction will open at 12pm AEDT on November 28 and close on 12pm AEDT on December 5, 2022. All bidders must agree to the terms and conditions of the auction before bidding. Bids may only be made using the online form linked below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Helmet Fundraiser Silent Auction will begin at 12pm AEDT on November 28, 2022 and close at 12pm AEDT on December 5, 2022. No additional bids may be placed once the auction is declared closed.
Entrants must use the online form to place bids. No other method will be accepted.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 and be an Australian resident to place a bid on the auction item.
Entrants must send through full name, email, D.O.B. and amount they would like to bid. Entrants are permitted to make multiple bids.
The reserve on the auction item is $300.
Bids are final and cannot be withdrawn.
The winner will be notified on December 6, 2022 if they have been successful in the auction.
If two entries are received with the same bid amount, then the bid that was received first will be deemed the winner of the item.
If Softball ACT has been unsuccessful in contacting the winning entrant after seven business days, the winning entrant forfeits the rights to the item and the next highest bid will be deemed as the winner (subject to the same terms).
If the winner does not have identification to prove that they are over the age of 18 and an Australian resident, the winning entrant forfeits the rights to the item and the next highest bid will be deemed as the winner (subject to the same terms).
The winner of the auction is required to make full payment of the item within seven business days of being notified. The payment method will be determined in consultation between Softball ACT and the winner of the auction.
If the winner is has been unable to pay for the item within seven business days of being notified, the winning entrant forfeits the rights to the item and the next highest bid will be deemed as the winner (subject to the same terms).
The item will not be available to the winning bidder until payment is received and processed.
The item may not be refunded or exchanged.
The winner can choose to pick the auction item up from the Softball ACT office or have it posted to an Australian address of their choosing. Postage costs will be charged at cost to the winner.
Softball ACT reserves the right to publish current highest bids during the duration of the auction on their Facebook page, Instagram account and website.
Softball ACT reserves the right to publish the winner's details once payment of the item has been received.
