With big cash prizes on offer, Softball ACT are encouraging participants to get their registrations in early for the 2022 Skins competition.

Under the Skins format, teams collect cash for winning each inning, and teams that win the most money over the tournament play in the final for a bonus cash prize. If an inning is drawn, the money jackpots, and teams can declare an inning if they have scored enough runs to win that inning. Games are played over 90 minutes or 7 innings, whatever comes first.

Dates: Women Friday 11 – Sunday 13 March. Men Friday 1 – Sunday 3 April

Team Fees:

• Men A Grade: $1300 (accredited umpires supplied). Maximum 6 teams. First in best dressed.
• Men B Grade: $900 (when the team supplies an accredited umpire) or $1300 (SACT to assist in sourcing an umpire).
• Women: $900 (when the team supplies an accredited umpire) or $1300 (SACT to assist in sourcing an umpire).

PLEASE NOTE: A $400 deposit is required to register a team for the event. Softball ACT will then invoice the team for the remaining amount.

Players from NSW, Victoria, South Australia, and the ADF as well as the ACT are expected to compete across several grades. Grades will be determined based on the number of teams entered.
