Softball ACT is currently seeking two highly motivated individuals to fill two key positions within the organisation: State Operations Manager and Participation Coordinator

State Operations Manager

Reporting to the Softball Australia (SA) National Operations Manager, the State Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for the efficient operation and running of Softball in the ACT.

This includes overseeing the successful operations of the organisation, including Board reporting and compliance, budget management and stakeholder management.

In addition, the role will oversee the Competitions and Events Manager, a Facility Coordinator, and the planning and delivery of State-based events and pathway programs.

Participation Coordinator

Reporting to the National Participation Manager of Softball Australia and the Softball ACT State Operations Manager, this exciting role will be responsible for the growth of softball membership and participation at Associations and Clubs within the ACT.

The role will work closely with softball Clubs to deliver fun, high-quality programs and competitions that focus on increasing the recruitment of new members and retaining existing members.

This includes building relationships with local schools to provide transition opportunities for children from school programs to association and club programs.
